Return policy:

Orders are processed within 24 hours.  If you wish to cancel your order, it can be done only before it has been processed.  Please be aware that once an order is processed, the order cannot be cancelled.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a complete refund or exchange within 45 days of the purchase date.  The returned product must be in the same condition as it was received and must include all accessories included with the product(i.e. tags, cards, laces,...etc.).  Any returns will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee from the purchase price and the buyer will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
